코리안 펠로우십

As a congregation that is committed to growing multi-culturally we are thankful for our small but growing Korean membership. We are grateful to have Rev. Billy and Esther Do as members in our church. Rev. Do leads our Saturday morning prayer services and warmly welcomes any of our Korean guests that may visit or worship with us.

우리교회에는 지금은 비록 적은 무리이지만 다문화 모임이 있고, 그중에 한인 들이 예배에 참석하고 있음을 하나님께 감사 드립니다. 그리고 특히 감사 드리는 것은 교인 가운데 한인 목사님이신 도강석 목사님(Billy Do) 과 도승아 사모님( Esther Do)이 계십니다. 도강석 목사님은 지금 토요 새벽기도회를 인도 하고 있고, 저희 교회를 방문하시는 한인분들은 이 두분이 따뜻하게 맞이 하실 것 입니다.

For those for whom English is difficult to speak/understand Billy and Esther are available to assist you in understanding the sermons and integrating into the life of our congregation. In the future, a possible after-service Korean fellowship may emerge to enable our Korean members to pray and discuss together in their own language.

영어로 말하거나 듣기가 어려운 분들, 그리고 영어 설교가 듣기가 어려운 분들 들은 도강석 목사님과 도승아 사모님이 여러분들을 언제 든지 도와드릴 것 입니다. 그리고 가까운 장래에 주일 대 예배후에 한인모임이 생겨 그리스도안에서 함께 모여, 함께 기도드리고, 함께 교제하며 그리스도의 사랑을 나누게 될 것 입니다.

Saturday Early Morning Prayer

토요 새벽기도회

The prayer service is held each Saturday at 6:00AM in the main sanctuary. It is lead by Rev. Billy Do in the Korean tradition of morning prayer. The service begins with singing in Korean and English. This is followed by a time of “in concert” praying for a variety of local, national, and global needs. Rev. Do then shares a brief meditation in Korean. The meditation is also shared in English. Following a concluding song we spend time in personal prayer before the Lord. The prayer service is open to anyone who wishes to attend.

저희교회는 서양교회로서 밴쿠버에서 최초로 한국식 새벽기도회 모임을 갖고 있습니다. 매주 토요일 아침 6시에 본당에서 갖고 있습니다. 물론 도강석 목사님(Billy Do)이 인도하시고, 영어와 한국어로 찬송을 하며 기도를 드리고 있습니다. 이 모임은 민족, 언어, 문화, 배경이 다를지라도 기도를 통해 영적으로

그리스도안에서 우리는 한 형제요, 자매됨을 체험하는 시간입니다.

도강석목사님이 한국어 설교를 하고 그후에 영어로 통역 설교를 합니다. 그리고 각자 예배후 주님과 개인적으로 깊은 영적인 교제를 나누는 기도의 단맛을 주는 은혜의 시간입니다. 언제든지, 누구든지 토요일 새벽 6시 이 기도모임에 참석을 환영합니다.
