Beehive Christian Preschool
The preschool is a service and outreach to the community from the First Christian Reformed Church of New Westminster. We teach children basic Christian concepts as revealed in the Bible.
Our Philosophy
We believe children are created in God\'s image and are entitled to an environment and opportunity that fosters positive growth and development. Parents are entitled to quality child care which will meet the individual needs of their children. The preschool enhances the lives of children, their families and the community by providing a caring, supportive and vital community service. The teachers are Christians and licensed Early Childhood Educators.
Our Program
At the Beehive Christian Preschool we offer a play-based program which includes stories, drama and music, finger play, games, seasonal projects, water/sand play, large muscle activities, fine motor activities, music and rhythm, field trips, special guests.
The preschool is open from September to June, Monday through Thursday, with two morning and two afternoon sessions of 2½ hours each. The classes are all combined ages 3/4 together. There is an updated playground and also many outside toys such as tricycles and a sandbox to play with.
The current fees are $90.00 per month, with an additional $20.00 Field Trip fee (one time only). Post dated cheques for the entire year are preferred, with June\'s tuition also due in September.
