Sunday School
Sunday School is a safe and welcoming environment where children can learn about the love and care of Jesus as their Saviour.
Our Sunday School currently offers ministry for children ages 3 to 9. We teach children about God's love and faithfulness using Bible stories and relevant crafts and activities.
Sunday School is held during the regular Sunday worship services. Children are dismissed from church to Sunday School classes part way through the service. The children meet as one large group to sing, pray, and celebrate birthdays. They are then divided into three groups according to age: Preschool, Kindergarten/Grade 1, and Grade 2/3. Each group occupies a separate classroom in the church building.
Our Sunday School teachers are volunteers from the church community who have a heart for the children. There are always at least two responsible volunteers with each group of children.
Class sizes vary week by week, but the average is about eight children. Feel welcome; we always have room for more!
