Coffee Break

After a number of very fruitful years of Coffee Break ministry to women and children, we are taking a break. The following is a new outreach that will take the place of Coffee Break for the 2011-2012 season.

This new venture is called:

CONNECT

Open to all women of all ages and stages of life, CONNECT is a drop-in morning that hopes to bless women and children in our neighbourhood by providing a place to meet and form friendships through casual conversation over a cup of hot coffee or tea and a sweet.

While not highly structured, there will be activities for the little ones. Moms and caregivers will participate in the activities offered for their children while making new friends with other neighbourhood moms. Coffee and sweets will be provided for all ladies, however, moms and caregivers should bring snacks for their own children.

When: Wednesday mornings
Time:  8:45 – 11:00
Where: In the Meeting Hall

Because this is a new venture and because we want to meet the needs of the women who come, we may add various aspects to CONNECT from time to time. Watch this spot to keep posted!

NOTE: If there is no school because of holidays or inclement weather, CONNECT will not meet.
